I had never set foot in a gym before my sessions with Kath. Over the course of only a few months, I learned the proper form for a range of core exercise, saw huge improvements in my health and strength and now have the confidence to attend group sessions. She’s also a great person. I would recommend her highly to anyone regardless of their ability

I was completely new to PT when I started training with Kath and didn’t really know my way round a gym. I’d recently started running and wanted to cross-train to improve my strength and pace. Kath was ace from day one - she was really knowledgeable, encouraging, patient when I didn’t know how to do something, but also tough and I saw real progression really quickly. I’ve now been training with Kath for over 18 months and love every session - they’re so much fun, you almost (almost..!) don’t notice how hard they are. We laugh, sweat, talk about good food, dance to bad music - all while lifting weights and doing endless squats and burpees. And get great results. What’s not to like!

Kath is a fantastic personal trainer: knowledgeable, encouraging, and kind. She has completely transformed my approach to fitness - after having two kids, I didn’t have the confidence to step foot in a gym never mind lift weights but Kath totally changed that. Her PT sessions are challenging but always fun, and she is super knowledgeable about post natal fitness. Kath puts a huge amount of effort into planning each session and tracking progress which has really helped me to stay motivated and engaged. She is also just a really lovely person and great to have a chat with. Highly recommend!

I’ve been training with Kath for over 2 years and really love it - have managed to keep it up throughout covid (switching to outdoors) and my pregnancy - I kept training up to 36 weeks! Definitely testament to Kath’s ability to tailor sessions and make sure it still feels fun and enjoyable even during tougher bits. Would definitely recommend.

Kath is tremendous. My sessions with her are a highlight of the week. We have maintained them though thick and thin over the last years in gym and under trees during lock-down with an assortment of wildlife looking on. As well as pushing me, she always manages to remain patient and encouraging: which must be a challenge at 8.35am on a Tuesday in winter!

I love my weekly sessions with Kath and feel the difference to my strength and motivation to exercise more generally. My core stability has improved massively (after 3 babies my core & pelvic floor were pretty weak!) and I feel more able to carry children and keep up with the physical demands of being a mum. Kath is encouraging and a really nice presence to have around. She designs different workouts for each session including cardio, strength or stretching depending on my goals.
