TRAINING with me

I understand that creating new fitness habits is difficult and can often at times fail. My goal is to change your view on fitness; making it accessible, enjoyable and something you want to stick at. I will help build your confidence in the gym, learning how to lift weights and exercise more effectively.

Exercising is about being able to move better and feel better. I want to help you make movement a non-negotiable in your life.


Strength & resistance training

We start from the basics of learning how to move well. I will teach you how to lift weights with the correct technique, taking you through the main movement patterns - squats, deadlifts, pressing and pulling. Strength training will not only make you stronger and feel great, but also leaner and more toned.

PRE & pOST natal Training

I am passionate about helping women exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy and after birth. At a time when your body is going through so much change it is so important to do something for you, that makes you feel strong physically and mentally.

I understand that each pregnancy and birth is very different and what we do in training sessions will be adapted to suit your needs at the time. I have years of experience adapting workouts for pre/post natal women, and running mum and baby exercise classes so you will be in safe hands!

pACKAGES

121 PERSONAL TRAINING (£65 per session)

During 121 Personal Training sessions the focus is all on you. I work to understand what kind of training suits your body. Using a mix of strength training, and conditioning workouts - I will use my expert knowledge to programme our sessions to meet your goals, as well as provide the motivation and accountability needed to succeed.

221 PERSONAL TRAINING (£75 per session)

Up for some Personal Training but would enjoy it more with a friend? Then 221 training might be best for you. In 221 training sessions I focus on both your individual needs, as well as getting you to exercise together. Keeping things fun and challenging.

HYBRID TRAINING (£115 PER A MONTH)

Hybrid training is for those of you who have got to grips with most of your gym exercises but still need that little bit of direction and accountability. One in person PT session per a month plus a monthly 3 day a week training programming
