Hi Im Kath. I'm a Personal Trainer working in Peckham Rye.

I have been training people for 8 years.

I help people at all levels to make fitness a part of their lifestyle.

Working together with clients, I ensure a way to keep fit and healthy that is suited to your needs. I believe exercise is for everyone and is there to be enjoyed.
